How your tenant-placement fee works

Today you pay the activation fee shown above. If a tenant introduced through Blackfeet takes the property, the success fee is then payable: 15% of one month's advertised rent.

The activation fee covers listing preparation and marketing and is not a guarantee that a tenant will be secured.

Blackfeet service and lead-protection agreement

By accepting, you confirm that you are authorized to market this property. Leads introduced through Blackfeet remain protected even if conversations or the final transaction continue outside Blackfeet. You agree to report a deposit, tenancy, occupation or completed sale, permit Blackfeet to confirm the outcome with an introduced client, and pay the stated fee when it becomes due.
